My approach is creative, pragmatic, and personalized. Our sessions could include anything from music therapy and art, ICBT, CBT, ACT, and possibly astrology. I’ll be using tools I have collected over the years from my experience as a music therapist, a mother, a snowboard instructor, a spiritual coach, and from my own trauma recovery.

Anxiety and OCD
Anxiety comes in many forms, none of which are particularly comfortable, and all of which can make it hard to enjoy your life. You might feel like the walls are closing in on you. You could feel consumed by worry and negative thoughts. Constant unmanaged stress or unhealed trauma can lead to anxiety. We can work together to help you outsmart your overthinking mind and learn how to connect with the stillness that is hiding inside of you.

OCD can cause anxiety but the treatment for OCD is quite different from that for anxiety. I use evidence based treatments of ICBT and ACT. We work together to figure out your thought process and improve your relationship with doubt to eliminate OCD symptoms.
